Only new, unused products with original tags and packaging are eligible for returns.

Return Process
Contact us within 17 days of receiving your item to initiate a return request. You can reach us via WhatsApp text only at +923203403397. We will review your request and provide return instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. The return shipping label and cost are the customer’s responsibility. A fixed restocking fee of Rs 13,000 applies to all international returns.
